  • All plans start with a one-time Initial Cleanup Fee that includes your first service visit(s). After that, we move to convenient monthly billing. Once you submit your form, we’ll email you an invoice for the Initial Cleanup. The card used for payment will be securely saved for ongoing billing.

    • Charged upfront for: Initial Cleanup & Your First Weekly Visits
    • Ongoing: Billed monthly after that first week

    📅 Weekly Service
    • Charged upfront for: Initial Cleanup & Your First Weeks Service
    • Second visit 1 week after initial cleanup
    • Monthly billing starts after that

    📅 Bi-Weekly Service
    • Charged upfront for: Initial Cleanup & Your First Bi-Weekly
    • Second visit 2 weeks after your initial cleanup
    • Monthly billing starts after that

    📅 Monthly Service
    • Charged upfront for: Initial Cleanup & Your First Service Month
    • Second visit 3–4 weeks after your initial cleanup
    • Monthly billing starts after that

    ✅ You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle — no questions asked.

  • After submitting your form, you’ll receive your Initial Cleanup invoice, due by 10 PM the night before your first scheduled service. Once the cleanup is complete, we’ll send a Service Plan invoice based on your selection.

    To keep things simple and avoid multiple small payments (and processing fees), we bill monthly — just one clean invoice each month.

    🧹 Initial Cleanup:
    • Invoice sent right after you book online
    • Due by 10 PM the night before your first cleanup

    📅 Service Plan (2x Weekly, Weekly, Bi-Weekly):
    • Invoice sent after the initial cleanup
    • Covers service through your first month
    • Due by 10 PM the night before your next scheduled service

    🔁 Ongoing Monthly Billing:
    • Invoices are sent monthly
    • Due by 10 PM before your next scheduled visit

    ✅ Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle — no questions asked.
